The S.A.Y. Detroit Radiothon, founded by Mitch Albom, raises critical funds for a network of nonprofits dedicated to improving the lives of Detroit’s neediest citizens. What makes this fundraiser unique is that 100% of donations go directly to the cause, without being used for administrative costs. It’s a true example of community giving in action.

During the broadcast, Lomas lent his voice to the cause, encouraging listeners to join the mission and support those in need. One of the most inspiring moments of the day came when actor Tim Allen called in live and donated $20,000, reminding everyone of the powerful impact we can make when we come together.
